Free Express Domestic Shipping
It doesn't matter if your order is big or small we will ship it to your door via Express Australia Post or Australian Air Express of free. Not only that, but if you order in larger volume, you could also qualify for a bulk discount on certain products.
Both Australian Air Express & Express Australia Post are overnight express services to all major cities & towns Australia wide. If you are outside of these areas shipping can take 2 - 3 days.
Fast Shipping
At Get Jack3d we do our best to ship your order as fast as possible. Most orders arrive at the customers doorstep 1-7 days after ordering.
Shipping Procedure
- Once you order is placed an email is sent from our system confirming your order. If you have paid with Credit Card the merchant has contacted our system & has verified that the payment has been made. If you have selected bank deposit please use your order number as the reference & for faster shipping please email us to let us know the payment has been made.
- Once payment has been verified & the stock is on hand you order is picked & packed, this normally happens same day if orders are received before 3:30pm.
- Packed orders are then scanned into the system with the tracking number emailed to the customer.
- At 4pm the courier picks up & once the package reachs the depot it is scanned again & an additional email is sent to the customer from the courier company verifying they have the shipment.
- The shipment is then delivered to your door with a signature required unless there is an authorisation to leave.
- If there is an authorisation to leave the courier will only leave if the package is left in a safe place otherwise it will be carded & taken to the Post Office.
